A free consultation is provided to all of our clients. All items are organized and displayed to their best advantage for salability. All specialty items are researched using Worthpoint and our reference library to realize current market value. We take care of all advertising including print, online and social media.
We typically sell 85%-95% of a home's contents. We will arrange for a charity donation for items that do not sell and will include a written tax deduction statement for the client depending on the charity of their choice. After the sale, trash is disposed of and we make sure it is cleaned from top to bottom leaving the home ready to list or ready for the new homeowners to move in.
